“Born from the journey of a single mother raised in poverty without access to wellness education, Whole Wellness Parakletos Foundation envisions a world where no one is left behind—where every person, regardless of their circumstances, is supported in becoming whole: spiritually grounded, mentally strong, emotionally balanced, physically healthy, financially wise, and socially connected. We believe that by empowering individuals today, we are transforming the trajectory of families and changing the legacy of generations to come.”

FOUNDER’S STORY: From Foundation to Wholeness

“I was raised in a home where two things were deeply valued: education and a relationship with Jesus Christ. My mother worked hard as a single parent to make sure we had what we needed, and she always emphasized the importance of school and faith. Those values gave me a strong foundation.

But like many families living in survival mode, there were things we just didn’t have time or resources to focus on—like managing money, understanding mental health, or learning how to care for our bodies and navigate relationships. Not because my mother didn’t care—she was busy keeping food on the table and a roof over our heads.

As I grew into adulthood, I realized how essential it is to care for the whole person—spirit, mind, body, finances, relationships, and emotional health. That awareness didn’t come all at once; it came through experience, prayer, learning, and community.

Whole Wellness Parakletos Foundation was born from that journey. It’s more than just an organization—it’s a calling and a commitment to help others discover what I had to figure out on my own.

This foundation exists so others can experience the freedom, balance, and wholeness I had to grow into—without shame, without barriers, and without being alone. And we offer it all freely, because true wellness should never be a privilege—it should be a right.”
